What items are eligible to upgrade?

All Hitting 2.0 and Pitching 2.0 devices are eligible for the Upgrade Program. The Insight Camera will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as well as Pitching 1.0 and Hitting 1.0 devices. One (1) Hitting 2.0 or Pitching 2.0 unit can be upgraded to one (1) new PRO 3.0 or PRO 2.0 unit. Multiple upgrade credits cannot be applied to the same new device.
What value do I receive for my Hitting 2.0 or Pitching 2.0 hardware?

The credit received for the Upgrade Program will be dependent on the condition and usage type of the hardware. This is at the sole discretion of Rapsodo. Receive a credit valued up to $2,000 toward a PRO 2.0 and up to $2,500 toward a PRO 3.0
Are there any additional requirements to qualify?

An active Team or Individual Membership is required to participate in the Upgrade Program.
How does shipping work?

Rapsodo will cover the inbound shipping costs for the Upgrade Program. Only the RCE and monitor are necessary to ship to us. Cables are preferred but not required. If the entire tank is shipped, the customer will bear the additional shipping fees. A standard $99 shipping fee will be applied to each PRO 2.0 and PRO 3.0 that is purchased.
